Completion of this form does not guarantee a room as all requests are subject to eligibility and availability.

If we have availability on your requested dates, you will receive a separate booking confirmation. A member of our team will also contact you to collect your credit card information to guarantee your booking. The card will only be charged if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment for your reservation will be taken at check-in.

You will have access to laundry facilities and wireless internet in your residence.

Traditional Dormitory Residence - Single and Double Room Options Suite-Style Rooms (Two-Bedroom)
Traditional Dormitory Rooms

Tatham Residence is a traditional dormitory and consists of single and double-occupancy rooms with single-person all-gender washroom facilities on each floor.

You will be asked to provide information for both yourself and your roommate when selecting the double room option.

All rooms are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, closet, desk and chair. Double rooms have two of each item.

Bed linens, towels, and soap are provided in your room upon check-in. Housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis. Fresh towels are available at the Front Desk.

To select the double room option you must have a roommate.
Suite Style Rooms - Pond Road Residence

Our self-contained suite option offers two single-occupancy bedrooms within a suite. As we will not pair you with another guest unless specifically requested, you must pay for the entire suite even if you are only using one bedroom of it.

Each suite contains a washroom and small kitchenette with a fridge and sink.

Cooking facilities and utensils are not available. Cooking is not permitted.

Each bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, closet, desk and chair.
