2024 Keele Summer Residence Application

Bethune Residence and Winters Residence are the residence buildings designated for 2024 Summer Residence.

Bethune Residence

Bethune Residence has both traditional and suite-style rooms available.

Bethune traditional rooms have access to a common room with a shared fridge, microwave, and sink.

Bethune suites have a common kitchen with a shared fridge, microwave, stove, and sink.

Bethune Residence has air conditioning.

Winters Residence

Winters Residenceis a traditional low-rise building with a mix of single, super-single, and double rooms with all-gender single-person washrooms and single-gender shared washrooms. Each floor has designated male, female and mixed-gender sections.

Winters Residence has several common rooms with a shared fridge, microwave, and sink.

Winters Residence does not have air conditioning or elevators.

All room assignments are subject to availability.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for Summer Residence, you must either be:
- A current York University Undergraduate Student, OR
- A newly-admitted York Student taking courses in S1, S2 or SU

Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Apply early to improve your changes of securing your preferred room type in Summer Residence.
