York Suites Accommodation Request Form

This form is used to request accommodation with York Suites. Please note that accommodation requests are not guaranteed. Successful completion of this form does not guarantee a booking. If we are able to accommodate your request, you will be emailed within 5 business days of submitting this form.

We offer fully furnished, self-contained suites to individual guests or visiting faculty members who are at least 21 years of age, and are conducting on-going current business with York University.

We have both standard suites and recently renovated suites to serve your short-term accommodation needs.

The minimum booking is for 30 days.

We cannot accommodate stays longer than 8 months in duration for any reason.

If the individual is paying for the suite then a major credit card is required to confirm the booking: Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

Due to the length and nature of York Suites accommodations, we do not grant requests for, or allow:

- Stay extensions
- Subletting of any kind (friends, relatives, Airbnb, etc.)
- Suite transfers
- Secondary bookings under suite-sharer's names

York Suites has seen significant demand this academic year and has limited availability which may change at any moment.

Terms and Conditions *

Terms and Conditions Availability depends on the exact dates required. Suites are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accommodate stays longer than 8 months in duration. If your dates change, please note that we may not be able to extend your booking due to other bookings and/or maximum length of stay. With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in York Suites. Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to arrival to avoid charges. Accommodation requests are not guaranteed. Successful completion of this form does not guarantee a booking. If we are able to accommodate your request, you will be emailed within 5 business days of submitting this form. I understand York Suites provides temporary accommodation and I will need to arrange alternative housing after my stay ends.
Personal information in connection with this form is collected under the authority of The York University Act, 1965 and will be used for the administration of residence services including housing assignment, and for other related or consistent purposes. Relevant information about physical disabilities and health issues, as well as emergency contact information, will be shared with residence staff for emergency management purposes.
